Information Regarding Local Pick ups
You should expect an average of 2-4 heavy and large size boxes per set. Please arrange the loading process and space accordingly. Same day pick up is subject to the employee ability to lift heavy boxes.
Important Information Regarding Warranty for Local Pick ups
Water damage or mishandling items during transit will not be covered under warranty, so please be careful with your items at the time of self transportation and plan accordingly.
If we consider the transportation to be unsafe, risky and/or off long distance out of the city, Star Vanity may ask the purchaser to sign a waiver assuming all risks of self transportation that will result in voided physical/technical warranty.
All Exchanges/Resolutions regardless of who is at fault must be done at the warehouse.
