Following Your Purchase

You will receive a shipping confirmation with details on your delivery, your PRO number, and a link to track it after the order has been picked up by the carrier (1–5 days after the date of purchase). Please be aware that it might take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender; in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.  

Delivery Time

Orders can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders will arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing normally.

If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.


Our recommended way of transporting your vanity orders is by freight transportation because most shipments are large, heavy, and huge. Freight trucks are much larger than typical delivery vehicles. The driver and the customer may need to arrange delivery at the next main road if the street they are delivering to is too narrow for the truck to fit through or does not meet the requirements for the firm to deliver. Please cooperate with the driver to make the delivery go as well as it can at this time; otherwise, there may be a fee for further delivery attempts.

Delivering to Apartments

Due to restrictions on road size, freight vehicles might not be able to deliver to your individual unit and instead would need to do so at the front or exterior of your apartment complex. The product must be delivered to the flat by the customer. If you have a family whose home address, we may mail your order to, please let us know. If the complex is in a busy area, this could help you save some time when unloading the pallet and loading your belongings into your vehicle.

Information about the delivery appointment and curbside delivery

When the delivery date is approaching, the trucking company will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please pay attention to your calls and voicemails; if the delivery appointment is not set up, the shipment will be sent back to our warehouse, and the order will be cancelled. If this occurs, the buyer will still be liable for paying the freight charges and restocking fees.

Please be aware that this delivery is exclusively to the curbside. The customer is in charge of transporting the goods inside their residence, unpacking them, and discarding the packaging materials, including the wooden pallet. Additionally, the customer must put together their vanity and mirror. We strongly advise scheduling your delivery appointment for a day when you will have a helper available to help you receive your item.

Please give us a call after placing your purchase to learn the fee for inside house delivery to a first or second story. This is not a service that will put your vanity together.

Important Information If you think there could be a problem with your shipment, you must document every aspect on your delivery receipt and snap photographs for claim filing purposes. Important details include dents, stains, plastic wrap rupture, items out of the pallet, damaged boxes etc. If you see a mistake on the delivery receipt, don't just sign it. Do not hesitate to inform the delivery driver that you must first check the item (in this case, mirrors) before signing. You must refuse the defective product and get in touch with us to process the warranty claim if your vanity mirror is broken.

We currently ship directly within USA only.

Delivery Fee

All Customers are required to pay the delivery/shipping fee for any orders they place.

We may be able to expedite your shipment for an additional fee. Please give us a call at 2102457569.

Star Vanity cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipments are only within the contiguous US (lower 48) meaning no shipments can be made to addresses outside of USA unfortunately.
