RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Currently, we do not accept any returns or offer any refunds for any unwanted merchandise.
For an exchange to be accepted, the product must be entirely sealed in its original packing. All exchanges will include a 25% restocking charge. The cost of shipping both the new item and the old item from the buyer's location to our warehouse falls under their responsibility. Before we send you your replacement, the items will be examined after they are received. If an item is not in brand-new condition or is missing parts, exchanges will not be accepted.
Within a month of your purchase, you can contact customer support to arrange an exchange. Be ready with your dated purchase documentation and any accompanying photos or videos.
We reserve the right to accept or reject a returns request at sole discretion. We do not accept requests in the following circumstances:
- Return request is made after 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Product is used and damaged by the Customer
- Incomplete product or partial order
- Fraudulent Return request
